Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you provide free estimates?

PPPM provides complimentary estimates for many services. Some complex design, diagnostic, engineering, or specialty requests may require a consultation or other preliminary work. Any fee will be explained before scheduling.

  • What services does PPPM provide?

PPPM provides landscaping and landscape design, outdoor living and construction, facility maintenance, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, gutters and gutter guards, and snow and ice management for residential and commercial properties. Available services vary by location, project requirements, licensing requirements, and season.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. PPPM maintains applicable business licensing and insurance for the services we perform. Projects requiring permits or specialized trade qualifications are reviewed individually, and those requirements will be addressed in the project scope.

  • What areas do you serve?

PPPM serves customers throughout Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, and Kenosha Counties. Contact us with the property address so we can confirm availability for the requested service.

  • Do you work with commercial and residential customers?

Yes. We serve homeowners as well as property managers, HOAs, condominium associations, retailers, commercial facilities, and national service partners.

  • Can you estimate a project from photos?

For some projects, photos, measurements, videos, or aerial imagery may allow us to prepare a preliminary estimate. Other projects require an on-site visit to verify dimensions, access, conditions, utilities, materials, or code requirements.

  • Can I upload photos with my request?

Yes. Clear photos help our team understand the property and determine the most efficient next step. Include wide views, close-ups of the concern, access areas, and approximate measurements when possible.

  • How soon can work begin?

Scheduling depends on the service, season, material availability, weather, permits, route capacity, and current workload. Your estimate or scheduling communication will explain the anticipated timing.

  • Do you offer recurring maintenance?

Yes. Recurring options are available for selected landscape, facility, and seasonal services based on property needs and route availability.

  • Do you handle permits?

When a permit is required for PPPM’s approved scope, responsibility for obtaining and paying for the permit will be identified in the written estimate or agreement.

  • How do I approve an estimate?

Customers can review and approve estimates through the process identified in the estimate communication or customer portal. Scheduling begins after required approvals, signatures, deposits, and selections are received.

  • Do gutter guards eliminate gutter maintenance?

No. Gutter guards reduce the amount of leaves and larger debris entering the gutter, but every roof-drainage system should still be inspected and maintained periodically.

  • How does snow service work?

Snow agreements define the service trigger, included areas, pricing method, deicing terms, and other site-specific conditions. Review your agreement carefully because service varies by property and program.
